Course Details

  • During the training in this 2-year diploma in ophthalmology, graduates will be given adequate time in discussing eye health problems and solutions to the root causes along with treatment modalities. Our experienced staff members provide in-depth knowledge to the students theoretically on anatomy and physiology of the eye, ophthalmic optics, ocular examination techniques and ocular therapeutics, and also diseases and disorders related to the eye. Practically, the students will get good knowledge on thorough ocular examinations, syringing and probing, Pterygium excision, Chalazion excision and other major procedures like corneal transplant, glaucoma surgery, enucleating procedure.
