Odisha Joint Entrance Examination

Conducted by the Orissa Government, OJEE (Odisha Joint Entrance Examination) is a state level examination for admissions into BArch, B.Pharm, BDS, B.Tech, MBA, PDCM, PGDM, M.Pharm, MCA, MBBS and M.Tech courses offered by various colleges in the state.

Admit cards for OJEE available for download on the official OJEE website (www.ojee.nic.in /www.odishajee.com). Aspirants can download two copies of the same from the official website which must be endorsed by the Invigilator of the examination centre for allowing the candidate to appear for the exam.

Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants must have passed or appearing for Bachelor’s Degree examination of minimum three years duration from any University of Odisha or from a recognized University as defined by UGC/AICTE.


Passed or appearing, for the Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology/ Architecture/Pharmacy examination of minimum four/five years duration in any discipline from any University of Odisha or from a recognized University as defined by UGC/AICTE. The candidate should have obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) at the qualifying examination.

There is no age limit to for admission to MBA course.

OJEE Application P

Here is the complete process to apply for OJEE :

Before filling up the application form, apirants should have the scanned images of their photograph, signature and left thumb impression. These images need to be uploaded during the submission of application form.

Please note that the photograph should be coloured and without cap, sunglasses. However, specs are allowed. Polaroid photos will not be accepted. Aspirants with unclear photograph are liable to get rejected.

Aspirants are advised to have 6-8 identical photographs at the time of entrance examination, counselling and admission.

Method of submission of application form:

Aspirants need to visit the official website of OJEE.
Aspirants should carefully read the information brochure and instructions to fill the online application form for the exam. Then they need to go to the link ‘Application Form for OJEE-2015 ‘and open the same.
On clicking the link, six links will appear as Form “A, B, C ,D, E and F”


  1. For LE (Engg, Pharma & Arch) & B. Sc.(LE)
  2. For M.C.A. / M.B.A / LE-MCA.

D For PGAT (M. Tech /M. Tech (PT) /M. Arch /M. Pharm).

  1. For Combination
    1. MBA and MCA
    2. MBA and LE-MCA
    3. MBA and PGATF. For MBA (5years)

(a) Fill in the online application form and note down the registration number after submission.

After submitting the required data asked while filling up the online form form, the candidates need to click the submit button. At the bottom of the next page, two buttons “Next” and “Back” will be displayed. After opening “Next”, students can check the infirmation that is submitted and if the same is correct, they can go for the option that says “Final Submit” else click the “Back” option.

(b) The application fee can be remitted in the following ways:

Payment of fee through Debit/Credit Card (VISA / MASTER / Maestro cards/ net banking): The candidates are required to follow the instructions and submit the fee through bank gateway.

ORe-Challan mode for payment is possible in Bank of Baroda /Canara Bank. After filling up the on-line application form, e- challan form option will be visible. Candidates should print the challan of his/her preferred bank. Then move to any branch of that bank and pay the fee.

(c) After successful submission of fee, aspirants can take print out of Confirmation Page. Please note that the applicant’s name, parents name(s), and date of birth should exactly be the same as mentioned in the High School or his/her first Board/ Pre-University examination certificate. Any deviations, whenever discovered, may lead to cancellation of the applicant’s candidature.

OJEE Examination Pattern

Candidates seeking admission to MBA course are required to appear for an entrance test in verbal and analytical reasoning, general knowledge, comprehension and computer and business fundamentals. The total number of questions will be 120 that needs to be answered in two hours.

OJEE MBA exam will have four sections to be attempted in two hours:
