B.E / B.Tech in / Civil, Environmental/Mechanical/Architecture Engineering or Equivalent/B.Tech. in Facilities and Services AM with not less than 50% in aggregate with GATE / PG (CET) score

Course Details

The Master in Building Science and Technology program targets students who wish to develop and deepen their knowledge in the areas of building performance, sustainable design and building informatics. The program is interdisciplinary and the building science degree programs involve thorough knowledge about building performance & its design. Significant social, economic and environmental changes are causing a growing demand for high-performance and sustainable buildings. Due to advancements in science and technology, such buildings are ever more diverse in function and shape as well as more energy efficient and responsive to occupants’ needs. Those students who are interested in building courses & building design courses can opt for this program and can learn how to apply scientific methods and state of- the-art technologies in order to address the multi-faceted challenges posed by high performance and sustainable buildings. This is a super specialty building science degree, hence there will be having infinite opportunities globally. The 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP 21 at Paris, all the buildings & infrastructures are to be wetted for sustainability and performance vis-à-vis mitigation due to climate change.
