Course Details

It is a one year full time hotel management course of food production. It was approved by AICTE and affiliated under Bangalore University. Craft Course in Front Office Management (CCFOM) deals with the study of all functional units of any office by guiding you some of the relevant topics of commerce, human resource, statistics, mathematics and computer science. After this course opportunities will come from hotel and hospitality sectors. We also provide practical sessions relating to office decorum and code of conduct. Front office calls for public relations and skill in dealing with people from different areas. Front office is here that a client makes his first personal contact with the hotel or resort and forms his first impressions on that.
