Candidates must have 50% aggregate marks in B.E. (Electronics & Communication / Information Science / Telecommunication / Computer Science.) Or Equivalent Degree Or AMIE in any of the specified Branch. GATE: EC, CS, IT

Course Details

A Machine design engineer may have been trained as an electrical, mechanical control engineer or as a tribologist, a computer scientist, a material scientist or even a machinist. A good student becomes knowledgeable in all those fields, in addition to that he knows much more about dimensional metrology. A machine designer crosses many disciplines in their field and they often require multi-disciplinary teams in their workspace.
