Course Details

In the year 1980 the Automobile Engineering discipline was established, and now it is one of the leading departments and gives a huge contribution to the Automobile Engineering field. To the talented and committed students, the department provides an innovative and quality training, to make them a good automobile engineer to serve the society.The automobile department has well-equipped laboratories such as, Workshops, Automotive Engines, Engine Testing Lab, Automotive Chassis & Transmission Workshop, Automotive Testing & Servicing Lab, Diagnosis & Reconditioning Lab, CAM/CAD Lab with new software. Students from this department are placed in many Core Companies, IT –companies and Government sectors. Many students have been obtaining admissions in reputed colleges for higher studies in India and abroad. Automobile Engineering department was first introduced in Karnataka by this institute, to give good automotive knowledge to the students who have passion towards Automobiles. Well experienced and highly qualified faculty members are working in the department to reach the present day requirements both in practical and theory.
