Course Details

The E&C Department of Engineering came into existence along with the establishment of the institute in 2005. It is one of the most desired and prestigious engineering branch. The Department offers B.E program in E&C Engineering with 120 students of input, and it also offers post graduate M.Techdegree program in VLSI Design and Embedded Systems with 18 students of input respectively. The highly competitive, well experienced and dynamic faculties from reputed colleges are working in the department. The Department has well-equipped laboratories as per the standards of VTU and AICTE i.e. Microprocessor, Digital Design, Digital Signal Processing, Electronic Circuits, Analog& Digital Communications,Microcontroller and VLSI Design which helps in programing needs. Adequate numbers of computers,installed with earlier versionsof software are available and also the Internet lab, the Department has internet facility on all the computer terminals and Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the campus. The fund has been received by the Vision Group on Science and Technology Dept. of Science and Technology, Govt. of Karnataka for the research activities.

The department faculty members and students published more than 50 research papers in the national/International journals. There is an excellent academic environment is available for productive and creative work both for faculty members as well as students.
