Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Maths as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Biology with at least 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC cadidates from state only) marks and English as optional subjects

Chemical Engineering is the branch of engineering concerned with the design, construction, and operation of machines and plants that perform chemical reactions to solve practical problems or make useful products. Chemical engineer profession needs principal working in the chemical industry to convert basic raw materials into a variety of products, and deals with the equipment to perform such work. Chemical engineers have helped develop atomic science, polymers, paper, dyes, drugs, plastics, fertilizers, foods, petrochemicals.
