Eligibility Criteria

For admission to MD course at Dr B R Ambedkar Medical College Bangalore, affiliated to RGUHS Bangalore, candidates must have obtained MBBS degree from MCI recognized institution. Candidates seeking admission at one of the top 10 private medical colleges in Karnataka, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College Bangalore, must have completed one-year compulsory rotating internship after passing the final professional examination.

Admission Guidelines

Candidates seeking PG Medical/Diploma admission Dr BR Ambedkar Medical College must qualify in NEET PG. NEET Qualified candidates must participate in PG medical admission counselling conducted by COMEDK in the order of merit to secure a PG medical /diploma seat.Based on the availability, allotment of seats for candidates takes place. Admissions are made through counseling based on rank obtained in NEET –PG.

Course Details

This is the study of use and effects of various kinds of anaesthetics to human beings. It imparts the basics of intensive transphysion therapy, pharmacology and pharmacodynamicsof inhaling anaesthetics, anaesthesia in traumatology and pediatrics.
