Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must have completed B.E. / B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering/Production/IEM with a minimum of 50% (45% in case of SC/ST) marks in aggregate of any recognized university / Institution or AMIE or any other qualification recognized as equivalent and candidates must have appeared for GATE/ PGCET or any other equivalent examination conducted by recognized institute/ agency

Admission Guidelines

Admission is based on rank in GATE/ PGCET and all the short-listed candidates are required to appear for the admission selection process at the campus.

Course Details

M Tech in Manufacturing Science & Engineering is aimedat training the students in various manufacturing sciences and practices including the research, design and development of systems, processes, machines, tools, and equipment. The main focus of the course is to turn raw materials into finished product or updated product in the most economical way. The objective of this industry-relevant program is to train the manpower required to meet the industry needs. It is also a sub discipline of Industrial Engineering and Management or Systems Engineering and has a very strong connection with Mechanical Engineering.
