Eligibility Criteria

II-Year Pre-University or XII Std. or equivalent exams with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science, Biology, Electronics. Not less than 45% of the aggregate marks in optional subjects with English as one of the languages.

Admission Guidelines

Generally, admission is done on the basis of performance in the Entrance Exam (CET/COMED-K) for all the B.E./B.Arch. courses.

Course Details

GECW offers B.E./B. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering with an intake of 120 students. This course was established in 2011 with a mission to mould the youth of today into engineers who can meet the technological challenges of tomorrow. The main asset of the department is well-qualified and technically competent teaching faculty with a perfect blend of academic, industrial, and research backgrounds. Labs are Computer Programming Using C, Electronics Circuits and Logic Design Lab, Data Structures using C and C++ Lab, Object Oriented Programming Laboratory, Database Management System Lab, Operating System Lab, System Software Laboratory, Computer Graphics Laboratory, Computer Networks Lab, Web Programming Lab, Microprocessor Lab, UNIX System Programming Lab, Advanced Java Lab.
