Eligibility, Selection, and admission to M.S., M.D & PhD Courses is according to the prevailing rules of the Medical Council of India, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and COMED-K.

Admission Guidelines

Candidate must have obtained MBBS degree from MCI recognized institution. Candidates must have completed one year compulsory rotating internship after passing the final professional examination.

Course Details

In this 3-year postgraduate program at Khaja Banda Nawaz Institute of Medical Sciences, as per the revised curriculum, the graduates will get good exposure equally to theory and practices in anatomy. The college has anatomy and physiology museum with number of specimens to facilitate the aspiring graduates to undergo better training in medical education. Faculty members provide in-depth training in required practical skills to the students, so they will be able to participate in dissection and to clearly display the anatomical structures. Students will be encouraged to acquire necessary skills in routine histology and in histo-chemical laboratory techniques. They have to acquire expertise of preparing paraffin and plastic resin blocks of tissues and to handle microtome and routine histological as well as common specialized staining methods of anatomy.
