Eligibility, Selection, and admission to M.S., M.D & PhD Courses is according to the prevailing rules of the Medical Council of India, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and COMED-K.

Admission Guidelines

Candidate must have obtained MBBS degree from MCI recognized institution. Candidates must have completed one year compulsory rotating internship after passing the final professional examination.

Course Details

Khaja Banda Nawaz Institute of Medical Sciences offers 3-year postgraduate program MD in physiology with broad objectives to create graduates with skills to interact with the allied departments by rendering services in advanced laboratory investigations and to acquire skills in conducting collaborative research in the field of physiology and allied sciences. Graduates will acquire skills during the different clinical postings in medical wards, cardiology department posting, neurology department, chest medicine posting, medical gastroenterology posting, and across other major department postings. Graduates will be given in-depth practical orientation in mammalian experiments, amphibian experiments, and also slides, charts of ECG, EEG, EMG, ERG, audiogram, GTT and other advanced laboratory techniques.
