Eligibility Criteria

A 2nd PUC/10+2 or equivalent with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects. Chemistry/Electronics/Biology/Biotechnology/Computer Science as optional subjects. English as one of the languages. Minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC, only from Karnataka state) from a recognized board. Valid rank in KCET/COMED-K/JEE Mains.

Course Details

EEE department was established in 2008 and now with an intake capacity of 60 seats. After completion of this 4-year engineering degree, graduates will have career opportunities in power industry, robotics industry, process and bio-engineering industry, telecommunication industry, mining and transport sector, information technology and many others. The department offers students new-age information and computer-intensive technologies. The course is designed to achieve a blend of in-depth knowledge through much of practical exercises and explorations. The faculty with their job-oriented detailed instructions with the institute's well established labs help students to understand the subject in depth and also there is a special focus given to the slow learners. Students will get required knowledge in the electrical systems ranging from heavy power generators to the smallest of micro-chips during this course.
