Course Details

Even though the civil engineering is the oldest engineering branch among all other engineering branches, but in PESITM our civil branch is the youngest as it was started in the academic year 2013 with the 60 students of input per year. At present, it offers 4 year Bachelor Engineering degree. The department is crowned with the highly qualified and well-experienced faculty members with supporting staffs. The department regularly conducts industrial visits, workshops and academic-industry interactions which expose the students to industrial and field knowledge. The department has well-equipped labs like surveying lab, basic material testing lab, computer-aided design lab, Environmental Engineering Lab etc., well-designed classrooms and state-of-the-art infrastructure. Apart from the regular activities the department also offers its services in the various forms like testing and consultancy to various private and departmental agencies.
