Course Details

The Electronics and communication department was started in the year 2007, along with the establishment of the college. It is one of the core branches of engineering. It has an influence on various areas like Hardware, VLSI Design, Telecommunication, Manufacturing, Power and IT. Prof. Dr. Ravi M. Yadahalli is the HOD of the department who has 20 years of teaching experience, and the faculties are experts in their own disciplines, the main aim of the faculty is to educate and train the students with awareness and sound knowledge in the latest trends in Electronics and communication. To move with the fast changing technology, the department constantly reviews the syllabus to impart knowledge about the developments in existing and emerging technologies. The department has state-of-the-art laboratories to complement the high standard competitive syllabus and influence the students towards the research and development, along with this it gives the sufficient practical knowledge that they need. Over the past 06 years, the Electronics department has seen a significant growth and its present annual intake is 120 students per year. The department maintains the good relationship with the alumni batch and uses their inputs for the improvement of curriculum and research facilities.
