Course Details

It is full time course spread over 8 semesters/4 academic years. During first year students learn basics of engineering science and second year onwards core course starts. Electives are offered from third year and final year project submission based on industrial practice with weightage of 25credits. During the course students study about planning, design, construction of civil structures likes building, transportation system and hydraulic system Students undergo internship of 170-190 credits. Course comprises of learning about Engineering Graphics, Basics of Computer programming, workshop theory and practice etc. After completion students can take up jobs in PWD, Rural water supply, pollution control boards, highways, airports etc.
