Candidate must have obtained a B.Tech/B.E. degree with at least 50% (45% in case of SC/ST candidates) marks in aggregate in relevant branch from a recognized institute and must have a valid score in GATE/PGCET

Course Details

M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering is a full time programme with well established infrastructure and State of the art computing facilities. Student Teacher ratio of 12:1 is being maintained consistently over the years. Students are encouraged to work on interdisciplinary R&D, consultancy and entrepreneurial activities. The establishment of High Performance Computing lab and Storage Area Network lab has enabled students to work on Parallel programming, Distributed computing and Big data Analytics, etc. Students get hands-on experience with modern engineering tools relevant to their courses. M.Tech programme in CSE offers curriculum with focus on research areas and electives are on par with industry requirements. The programme offers core subjects such as Multicore Architecture, Advanced Database Management Systems, Big Data Analytics, Advanced Operating System, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Storage Area Network, Advanced Algorithms, etc. M.Tech students get an opportunity to involve in co-curricular activities by attending seminars, workshops, present papers in conferences, etc as well as exhibit their talent in extra-curricular activities leading to holistic development.
