Candidate must have obtained a B.Tech/B.E. degree with at least 50% (45% in case of SC/ST candidates) marks in aggregate in relevant branch from a recognized institute and must have a valid score in GATE/PGCET

Course Details

The department offers a full time PG program in M.Tech, Structural Engineering. With best of good faculty, the department offers M.Tech and doctoral programs with specializations in Structural Engineering. The program prepares students for professional, teaching and research careers. Emphasis is on the acquisition of knowledge concerning to analysis, design, construction, maintenance, management and performance of structural components and structures with due consideration to public governing policies and guidelines.. The division with its varied faculty expertise offers courses in broad areas of masonry structures, alternative building materials, earthquake engineering and reliability analysis. Student gets hands on experience with modern tools and softwares such as STADD Pro, ANSYS, eTABS etc, and students are exposed to experiential learning through laboratory works, teaching with state of art equipments and internships with well known companies such as L&T and others
