Course Details

The Electrical Engineering department was started in the year 1964, offering engineering degree program in Electrical with 30 students of input. The department is full-fledged with experienced, competent and dedicated faculty members and well-equipped lab facilities to cater to the all-round development of the students and faculty members.The present input for the degree program is 60. The main aim of the department is to fulfil the technical needs of the society in the Electrical Engineering field by providing effective learning and teaching environment designed to upgrade the personal skills and professional competence. The Short Range Goals of the department are 1. To build interaction with industries. 2. To strengthen the alumni linkage. 3. Conduct bridge courses on different fields of industrial engineering. 4. To update the faculty members knowledge in emerging areas by conducting faculty development program. 5. To motivate the faculty members to undertake research work. 6. To train the supporting technical staff to provide the good education.
