Course Details

The Telecommunication Engineering department was established in the year 2001. The department has well-equipped labs in the areas of Signal Processing, VHDL, Communication, and Microprocessors, etc. Alumni’s of the department are placed in many reputed companies in India and abroad. Some of them have pursued master degrees in India and abroad. The intake for the B.E course is 72 students and also department has started the master degree program in Digital communication from the year 2013 with 18 students of input. In the year 2011, the department was recognized as the research center by VTU. At present 2 members are pursuing their Doctoral degree. The department is blessed with 16 faculty members including 3 Ph.D. holders, 3 associate professors, 10 assistant professors and 7 technical staffs.
