Course Details
The department of Automobile Engineering was rooted in the 1985-86 academic year with 30 students of input, with an aim of imparting automotive technical skills to the students who wantan amazing career in this field. Within central Karnataka region, this is the only college having this course. Since from the establishment, TOP 10 ranks from Kuvempu, Mysore and VTU are secured by the students of this college.
The Automobile Engineering department is crowned with professionally qualified, experienced, dynamic and dedicated faculty members mentoring students by giving academics along with vehicle maintenance/service knowledge and also basic design software.
To provide knowledge about advanced technologies in the automotive field, the department usually conducts Seminars and Workshops. By the support of Self Help Center (SHC),Personality Development programs will be conducted. Students’ counselling is alternatively carried out by faculties to make them achieve better academic program. Students and faculty members are continuously presenting their research papers, attending training, workshops and technical seminars to improve their knowledge
