Course Details

E& C department was rooted in the academic year 1982 with100 students of input& head of the department was Prof. G.S. Rajanna. The Department has an increasing graph of academic excellence withwell experienced and highly qualified faculty members.

The students are provided with an adequate amount of lab sessions for practical training, problem-based learning and design. During the processlearning, the department also focused on the main thingslike effective written communication and oral communication skills. E&C department students are under conscientious guidance by the professionally qualified faculty members that promise quality teaching with a perfect combination of practical as well as theoretical stuff. Many of the departmental faculties are doing Ph.D. and are waiting for being awarded. They also attend various conferences,workshops and are always involved in Research and developmental activities. Many of the departmental faculties have presented technical papers in many national and international journals and also attend conferences.

The Department has educational facilities and well-furnished framework with regard to laboratories, class rooms, library, digital library etc. Latest technology equipmentare placed in the labs. The departmental library called “a store house of knowledge” which is well maintained with the huge collection of books. Along with academics, the E&C department also organizes continuous educational training to reinforce knowledge on advanced technologies. Inter college Technical seminars, personality development programs for students and faculties are conducted regularly.
