Eligibility Criteria

II-Year Pre-University or XII Std. or equivalent exams with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science, Biology, Electronics. Not less than 45% of the aggregate marks in optional subjects with English as one of the languages.

Admission Guidelines

Generally, admission is done on the basis of performance in the Entrance Exam (CET/COMED-K) for all the B.E./B.Arch. courses.

Course Details

VNEC offers B.E./B. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering with an intake of 60 students. This course was established in 2010 with a mission of moulding the students into leaders by motivating them to involve in co-curricular and extracurricular activities with high-degree of integrity and credibility. The department has technically competent and well-qualified teaching faculty with a perfect blend of academic, industrial, and research backgrounds. VNEC's ECE department is well-equipped with laboratories from all disciplines of electronics and communication including Electronic Circuits, VLSI Design & Embedded systems, Micro Electronics, Power Electronics, Digital Electronics, and Digital Signal Processing. By inviting the eminent persons, the department regularly conducts seminars, workshops and courses on technical topics of current trend and latest developments.
