Course Details

VNEC offers M. Tech in Structural Engineering with an intake of 18 students. The Department has highly experienced and well-qualified teaching staff. Department actively organizes technical lectures from industry experts and academia under the auspices of Civil Engineering Forum for the benefit of graduates. Regular technical visits are also organized for the benefit of students. M. Tech in structural engineering provides in-depth knowledge in computer applications in structural engineering, structural dynamics, structural mechanics, optimization and structural reliability, steel structures, reinforced and pre-stressed concrete, design for wind and earthquake, etc. All the pursuing graduates will have access to material testing and structural labs along with computer lab and geo-technical engineering labs. Department library and also central digital library are helping the graduates the most to fulfil their curriculum.
