    • RYMEC offers B.E./B. Tech in Industrial and Production Engineering with an intake of 40 students, student-teacher ratio of 1:15. This course was established in 1986-87. This department has 1 professor, 2 associate professors, and 5 assistant professors. List of labs in Industrial and Production Engineering are: Metallography and Material Testing lab, Foundry and forging lab, Computer aided machine drawing, Mechanical measurement & Meteorology lab, Machine shop lab, Mechanical & fluid power lab, Work study & Ergonomics lab, CAD/CAM Lab, Machine tools lab, Software application lab, and CNC and Robotics lab. The department regularly organizes industrial visits and also organizes symposiums, workshops, seminars. Regular guest lectures are organized with external visiting professors.
